Nava is an everyday fine jewellery brand based in India. All pieces are made in 9kt gold and produced to order.

All orders are initiated via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after Nava has acknowledged it in writing over WhatsApp and payment has been received. Placing an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed order.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.

Every piece is produced specifically for the customer who orders it. Production begins after payment. Lead time is 18–22 working days from the date of confirmation.

Payment terms are communicated over WhatsApp at the time of order confirmation. Nava reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within the agreed window.

Delivery is free across India. Nava is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners once the piece has been dispatched. A tracking link will be shared on dispatch.

Because pieces are made to order, returns are not accepted. If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Nava within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Nava will assess and respond within 5 working days.

Nava's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nava is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Nava may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
