Do you take returns?

We do not take returns at present.

Can you tell me what exchanges you do?
  1. We exchange products on wrong sizing.
  2. We exchange products having manufacturing defects, such as- broken chains and hooks, products which tarnish (tarnishing after regular or heavy use not taken for exchange) and more (which will be assessed by our in-house team).
  3. We do not offer exchanges on regular wear and tear and rough use.
  4. In situations not listed above, we deal with the issue on a case by case basis.
What happens if a resized product costs more or less than the original purchase bill?
  1. If the resized ring/bangle costs more than the original , the price difference will be borne by the customer.
  2. If the resized ring/bangle costs less than the original, the balance will be refunded to the customer.
  3. The balance amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after the resized product has been dispatched.
When will I get my products once I place an order ?
  1. Standard shipping is within 7-10 days for ready inventory.
  2. For made to order products, the purchased  item will be dispatched within two weeks of placing the order. Any further delay will be communicated to the customer. We promise you will obtain your product even if there is a slight delay.

What are your shipping charges?
  1. Shipping charges will be communicated in the final bill/invoice when order is placed.
  2. Shipping charges vary according to the pincode serviced by our delivery partners
Can you tell me why my order takes time?

Our products are handmade and crafted with selected manufacturers. After placing an  order, our manufacturing team strives to give the best which requires multiple quality checks.

Why do my products look different in different lighting

Our pieces are photographed in natural light. Different forms of lighting and photography may alter the look and colour of the product. Our finish for each product is mentioned in the product description.

Do I get a digital bill at purchase?

All items will be given a digital receipt and a hard copy of certificate of authenticity when shipped

Do you ship outside India?

 At present, we do not

How do I raise an exchange request?

Please whatsapp us on +917356774555 or email us on navaonline.in@gmail.com with your request. Our representative will connect within one working day. Please do include a video/clear photograph of the defect

Where will the balance amount be refunded ?

To the same account from which payment was made.

Can I exchange more than once? Is there a timeline for exchange?

No, only one time exchange can be availed. We accept exchange requests within 7 days after you have received the product.
